The 2nd generation of PTP SuperBand Ultimate can be used for assisted pull-ups, agility, and resistance training. The dual-coloured design provides a training scale for both resistance training and pull-ups. Heavier assistance level (Ultimate) is for individuals starting pull-ups/chin-ups and dips who have difficulties lifting their own body weight. The heaviest resistance in the range offers the greatest challenge.
